01. wear very natural looking make-up, if any at all. clear lip-gloss is a good idea. and maybe some waterproof eyeliner. i recommend just curling your eyelashes instead of wearing mascara, but if you really want it, just put on one or two coats of waterproof mascara.
 
02. try not to look TOO competitive. smile a lot!! smiling is cute!! look like your having fun, and don't be afraid to mess up your hair a bit. don't make your hair look way to tight or it looks weird. try a messy bun or a mess pony. either bump your bangs, braid them, or just pull them back. i usually pull out a few strands at the front for a messy look. pre-wrap is also a good cute sporty look. and if you wanna wear earrings i think small diamond studs are cute.
 
03. Try your hardest. Don't think that looking stupid is cute. its not. try your hardest. guys LOVE athletes. and even if your not good it doesnt mean you cant try right?
 
04. Dress comfortably. You don't wanna be running around picking at your clothes do you? If your playing sports your probably wanna get a sports bra. And wear the appropriate shoes, either running shoes or cleats, depending on the sport.
 
05. Very Important Rule- WEAR DEODORANT! you dont wanna run around smelling terrible! definetly NOT cute. you can even put on a little perfume if you want to. try a light fruity scent, maybe from victorias secret or bath & body works. I once heard that it is a good idea to spray it in your shoes? dont ask me why but it works. then spray a little on your chest and neck. just spray the air then walk into it.
 
06. try to show off your flexibility. very cute. during breaks, just maybe do a little stretch to show how flexible you are. maybe do a split or cartwheel. find something you can do that will get peoples attention. guys think flexible girls are cute. just be playful and have fun.

Monday:
So when you wake up on monday, your always tired and never wanna do anything to big for your hair right? you just wanna roll outta your bed and go?? well you should scrunch your hair. (refer to tip 1)
01. take a shower sunday night.
02. wait until damp and then put in either a side braid like i do, or put it into more if you want more waves.
03. hairspray it all over.
04. sleep with your braid(s) in. hairspray more before falling asleep.
05. wake up and spray it a little more.
06. take the braids out and there ya go!
07. style as you want. you can either leave it down, or wear it in a side pony like i do. its super cute.
 
tuesday:
so your finally on track and ready to really start your week. today is my personal favorite hairstyle, and its the half up half down with the braid look. its kind of confusing but bear with me.
01. turn your straightener on high, and straighten all over. i usually put it into different pieces and clip the rest back so its easier. do this if you have a lot of hair.
02. once your done straigtening, take your bangs and a little bit more hair with them and braid it back, like the lauren conrad look. clip the braid back.
03. now your gonna take all the hair that you would take back if your gonna put it half up half down, and tie it back.
04. straighten the bottom again if you want it extra straight.
05. if you followed this right, your hair should be half up half down, with your bangs in a braid to the side.
(this is very cute and you will get lots of compliments on it)
 
Wednesday:
so its the middle of the week and for me, its usually test day. so today, i'll usually just wear my hair all down.
01. turn your straightner on high, and spray heat protectant spray in your hair if you have it.
02. section your hair. i have thick hair so i separate the left and right, then on each side i do three sections: top, middle, and bottom.
03. go through and straighten all the sections until their pin straight.
04. once satisfied with your straightening,do your bangs. i always just like brush them back, so i dont do anything. but if you curl them or have side bangs, just style accordingly.
 
Thursday:
weeks almost over!! so today i'd probably go with the LC look, the braid to the side.
01. so straighten your hair all over like i told you too yesterday. OR if you want to you could curl the bottoms like LC sometimes does.
02. take either bangs or just a handful of hair at the top of your head and pull it to the side, doesnt matter which, but i usually pull to the left, and braid it.
03. once you braid it, you could bobby pin it, or tuck it into your ears, and pull the other hair over it. i usually make an X using two bobby pins. its so cute!!
 
Friday:
TGIF!! your school weeks over! have some fun with your hair! you also wanna do something cute so if you go out later, you dont have to change it much. so i'd say curly side pony.
01. turn on your curling iron to the highest setting.
02. apply heat protection/curl helping spray.
03. section your hair like you did to straighten it.
04. curl it all over.
05. pull your hair into a side pony tail.
06. you can either bump your bangs or leave them down.
07. to make it extra cute put a cute little ribbon in it!!
 
Saturday:
usually a day to hang out with friends. i usually bump the bangs!!
01. again.... straighten all of your hair.
02. take your bangs, or if you dont have bangs, just the top section ofyour hair, and hold it straight up.
03. get a comb, and brush down, then quickly pull out. do this a few times. this is teasing.
04. once its good, make a bump with your hair.
05. clip it back. you can either use bobby pins, or a cute small clip.
*tip*- i think this looks cute with hoop earrings.
 
Sunday:
usually family day for most people. i never wanna do anything so i usually keep my hair natural, which is like straightish. and then i usually put in a pony.
OPT. 1:
01. pull your natural hair in a side pony tail.
02. either bump your bangs or leave them down. or just pull them back and to the side.
OPT. 2:
01. pull your hair in a high ponytail. (i usually made a high pony to the side, not way to the side, just slightly. its cute :)
02. either pull your bangs back, or add a headband, or add a bump, or braid them, do whatever you want
 
(for either of these highstyles you can add a ribbon to make them cute ! )

I know, you;re freeaking out that there is only 3 weeks left until school! You put on a few extera pounds between the clam bakes, fairs, a a few hours f sitting in front on the computer! Nows there is a plan to help you lose weight, before school. Please leave 3 weeks, to see maxium results.
 

EATING SCHEDULE!
first week!
 
breakfast: make a large strawberry smoothie.
- 3-6 whole strawberries
- 1/2 cup of yogurt
- 4-5 ice cubes
blend it all up.. yummy!
 
Lunch:
Have a salad!
 
- 5-10 leaves of iceberg lettuce
- 3 slices of tomato (chopped up into little bits)
- 1/2 stalk of celery
- 3 table spoons of raspberry vinegrette dressing
 
Dinner
eat as you normally would!
 
SECOND WEEK
 
Breakfast
- 1/2 a grapefruit
- 1/2 cup O.J. or water
 
Lunch
- 5 baby Carrots
- 10 triscuts
- 1 celery stick, with peanut butter and rasins in the crevice
 
Dinner
eat as your normally would
 
THIRD WEEK
breakfast: make a large strawberry smoothie.

Wednesday:
- 300 curlups
- 100 pushups
- 50 squats
- superman pose for 30 seconds
- run 1/2 mile
- Dance like crazy for 30 minutes
 
Thursday:
- Bike for a 1/2 hour
- 300 curlups
- 100 pushups
- 50 squats
- superman pose for 30 seconds
 
Friday:
- run 2 miles
-- 300 curlups
- 100 pushups
- 50 squats
- superman pose for 30 seconds
- dance for 40 minutes
 
WEEKENDS
Relax, however, don't sit on the couch eating chips, talk a fast walk, do a few curl-ups, maybe have a cookie, don't go crazy though. Most of all- don't ruin your hard work.

so sometimes you dont really feel like doing anything to your hair, and you dont wanna use too much product in it, so what should you do? SCRUNCH IT! the easy way!!
 
01. so the night before, i usually take my shower around 7-7:30. i have long hair so it takes me awhile for it to dry.
02. so after its damp, almost dry, put it in either a braid or two. you can put it in more depending on how wavy you want it. my hair is really thick so if i put it in a lot it gets puffy.
03. after you braid it, spray some hairspray on it. i use the squirty kind that doesnt hurt the enviornment or whatever, but you can use whatever you have at your house. so just spray the braid for a little bit. now the hard parts over.
04. so just sit with your braid, and then go to sleep and keep it in. you might want to spray it a little more before bed.
05. the next morning, before you take the braid out, spray it a little bit more.
06. take out your braid/braids. your hair should come out really wavy. spray it a litttttle more, and apply some moose or curl stuff, but i dont usually, it usually holds fine.
07. style as you like.
